Conclusion:

Our results confirmed the physical intuition that guided this study: the non-linear LUT outperformed the linear one in dosimetric agreement and visual tissue discrimination. The differences in DVH statistics between oCTs and rCTs were significant but clinically acceptable, while the 3D_GPR did not reveal any relevant variation coming from rCTs
