Conclusion:

We have shown that an automated planning method can be used to obtain treatment plans with a dwell distribution that fulfills the recommendations using the invented pseudo-structures. The automated treatment plans with pseudo-structures prioritize the target volumes higher than the OARs in comparison to the manual treatment plans.
