Conclusion:

Clinically acceptable plans can quickly be obtained via automated treatment planning for cervix BT using a new tri-objective version of BRIGHT that can be straightforwardly customized to include local clinical preferences. We illustrated this by different customizations that lead to generally pear-shaped, yet distinct, dose distributions, with comparable EMBRACE-II DVH values.
