plan A and it was 86.7% to 100% (mean = 95.5%, Std Dev = 4.71%) for plan B. In S-I direction, which lung tumor moves the mostly, the coverage remains the same or even improved if iso moves superiorly for both plans, scenario 4. The tumor coverage decreased to 89.4% from 99.5% if iso moves inferiorly for plan A and it decreased to 99.7% from 100% for plan B, scenario 3. Fig. 2. is a sagittal view of the representative iso dose distribution of the original plan A and B and plans of scenario 3 for plan A and plan B.
