Conclusion:
This robust analysis demonstrates for lung SBRT BH plans, assuming 5 mm residual motion presented, applying an equal margin of 2.5 mm in superior and inferior direction in planning phase yields consistent tumor coverage. Applying the 5 mm in single direction, superior or inferior, will compromise the tumor coverage if iso shift is in opposite direction. The coverage can be preserved at the treatment phase if aligning the tumor to the center of GTV contour.
