Conclusion:
The results demonstrate that online dose modulation for sequence scanning 4DCT imaging has only minor impact on resulting images but has the potential to considerably reduce the dose to the patient. GT-to-DM image differences were mainly due to heart phase differences during reconstruction that are inherent to respiratory-correlated 4DCT.
