Results:

The analysis from the Phillips Intellispace software permeability package is shown in Figure 2. Figure (a) shows the analysis of the dynamics for the high spatial resolution 3D T1 DCE sequence, (b) shows the combined ultrafast sequence and high spatial resolution dynamic sequence without intensity scaling, and (c) shows the combined sequence with the ultrafast sequence scaled. Without scaling the combined sequence has an endothelial transfer constant K trans and reflux rate K ep of 0.82 min -1 and 0.55 min -1 respectively, compared to the non-combined sequence K trans and K ep of 0.53 min -1 and 0.18 min -1 . After scaling more consistency with the non-combined sequence is observed, with a Ktrans and Kep of 0.59 min -1 and 0.21 min -1 respectively.
