Table 1. shows the improvement in positioning of prostate and nodal areas that was accomplished for the first patient. Most notable is the large reduction of differential shifts between the two regions, and the reduced rotational errors. Figure 1. shows the contours of the reference plan (left) and the adapted plan (right) on the validation CBCT, demonstrating the superior coverage by the OART workflow compared to standard IGRT.
