Table 2- Average satisfaction raking of RTTs by business sector.
Regarding motivational aspects, RTTs in the public sector attributed a higher level of importance to the ability to reconcile professional with private life, possibility of promotion, salaries and working hours, while those in the private sector attributed higher importance to the benefits offered by the organization and the employment contract.
Conclusion:
Based on the results obtained in the survey, RTTs in the public and private business sectors have different levels of motivation and satisfaction. Regarding satisfaction by geographic area, there are also some differences, however, when it comes to age groups and work sector, there are no major differences. Motivated professionals, who identify with the organization's objectives, contribute to improving its performance. Satisfied professionals will have greater availability to meet and even exceed objectives proposed by the organization. Low levels of satisfaction can pose a threat to organizations because they lead to the loss of specialized employees. In addition to the loss of human resources, there may be a loss of organizational knowledge. Professional satisfaction is not always just associated with remuneration. Factors such as the ability to balance private and professional life, working hours and benefits offered by the organization are equally important for satisfaction levels.
