Conclusion:
An audit identified patients were struggling to follow bladder and bowel preparation instructions. Because the initial intervention of making the instruction sheet more obvious was not an immediate success, a more direct intervention of text messaging and radiographer-led adapt-to-shape workflow is being implemented. These strategies will be re audited to ensure continuing quality improvement.
