Results:

The coverage of the PTV is significantly reduced at 7 of the 20 patients, namely below 95%, but in all patients it remains above 80% (figure 1). The coverage of the CTV shows that 3 plans are below 98%, but the aim is 100%. In all patients there is a difference in Dmax between the DCT-plan and RT-SIM CT-plan, but it remains below 110%, except for 2 patients (111% and 112%). Regarding the HI value, it can be seen in every patient that the RTCT-plan has a better homogeneity than the DCT-plan, due to a lower minimum dose. Furthermore, the MU values are comparable for both DCT-plans and the RT-SIM CT-plans.
