Conclusion:

This study has shown that there are differences in several patients when comparing the treatment plan on the DCT with the original plan on the RT-SIM CT. However, it can be concluded that the plans evaluated on the RT-SIM CT continues to meet the clinical requirements in 90% of the patients. To compensate for the difference in position, a wider margin can be considered.
