Conclusion:
Stereotactic Radiotherapy was able to guarantee a good OS and LC in most patients for the ability to obtain a lesion response. Moreover, in our setting the use of Comprehensive Prognostic Index (CPI) showed to be an easily applicable tool with an optimal prognostic value to guide treatment decision.

Purpose/Objective:
Recent studies reported results that are changing considerably the management of multiple brain metastasis, in particular in oligometastatic disease treated with new drugs. This survey was designed to analyze the real practice in the management of multiple brain metastases among the Italian Radiation Oncology community.
Material/Methods:
