sections: general information, clinical management and technical aspects. Descriptive statistics were used to summarize the demographic characteristics of the participants and the responses regarding the factors influencing the use of SRS were also analyzed using frequencies and percentages . The results were presented in tables and charts to facilitate data interpretation.
Results:
A total of 186 individuals participated as respondents, out of which 133 (71.51%) successfully completed the questionnaire. The distribution of respondents' age was mainly between 30-40 years old (32.97%); 25 individuals (13.66%) were residents and 104 individuals (56.52%) reported being specifically involved in the treatment of cerebral metastasis. Prognostic scores for decision making were not used regularly. The stereotactic approaches were preferred in case of more than 10 lesions in case of controlled systemic disease with prognosis > 6months, KPS>70; if disease is not controlled the percentage is about <10%. Increasing the number of BM the option of stereotactic approach is preferred by specialist of brain disease (fig1), with no real limit of total treatment volume. The hippocampal avoidance (HA) in WBRT is not used routinely even if available. Tecnhologies are analyzed in terms of mandatory, recommended, optional, not enough, and not recommended (tab1).
