According to QLQ-C30, median score of global health status (QL2) at T0 was 70.16 (IQR: 58.3 83.3) and at T1 was 68.1 (IQR: 58.3- 83.3). “Physical functioning” (PF2), “Social functioning” (SF) at T0 were significantly better than at T1 (p < 0.0005; p < 0.025). Median PROFFIT-score at T0 was 23.8 (IQR: 9.5-52.4). PROFFIT score was significantly associated with PF2 (p=0.015), “Emotional functioning” (p=0.0002), SF (p=0.014), “Financial difficulties” (p<0.001). PF2 (p=0.017), QL2 (p=0.028), SF (p=0.017) at T1 were related to age, meaning that elderly pts had worst scores. QL2 at T0 (p=0.026) and T1 (p=0.019) and SF at T1 (p=0.015) were associated with employment status, meaning that pts employed had better scores. There was no influence of chemotherapy and toxicity on QoL or FT.
