Conclusion: The majority of frail and elderly patients, receiving 30Gy for ASCC, had a complete response or died with or without disease of other causes. This data will be used in collaboration with patient representatives to inform the design of future trials by the PLATO group in this poorly researched population, particularly in terms of proposed doses and appropriate endpoints.

The use of validated international questionnaires to assess quality of life is an essential aspect of measuring the effectiveness of oncological treatments. Material/Methods: A multicenter study assessing the quality of life following radiotherapy or chemoradiotherapy for anal cancer was conducted across five Comprehensive Cancer Centres in the Czech Republic between 2023 and 2024. The evaluation employed the LARS (Low Anterior Resection Syndrome) questionnaire alongside the EORTC QLQ-C30 and QLQ-ANL27 tools.
