Figure 1 demonstrates that, based on multivariable Cox models, male sex, older age, larger PTV, and poorer PS were associated with reduced OS. Immunotherapy consolidation was associated with improved OS. The model fit improved when FEV1 was excluded and PS was included, suggesting that the impact of FEV1 may be partly confounded by PS.
