Clinical – Upper GI
ESTRO 2025
Results: Five clinicians had prior approval. For the others, of 14 first submissions received, 21% were considered acceptable. Details of the reviews are shown in table 2. The commonest domain of UV was in ITV, also seen in SCOPE 2 benchmarking (2) due to failure to expand ITV for all phases of respiration. For CTVB, the commonest UV was editing of pleura in presence of T4 disease, and delineation of gastro-hepatic space, due to the need for manual editing and interpretation of anatomy. For PTV, UVs were due to either the PTV not being created at all, created after the ITV had been re-edited so that it overlapped the new ITV, or incorrect, anisotropic margins applied.
