Conclusion: High rates of UV from protocol across all domains were seen in the benchmark contouring case. The feedback to clinicians from the review process allows these issues to be addressed prior to the start of recruitment, in a less time pressured way than on-trial. Details on domains of greatest variation will be collated and shared with all centres for mutual learning and education for early investigators, and will also inform future versions of RPGD. On trial, prospective individual case reviews will ensure ongoing review of the quality of RT during the trial.
