ESTRO 2025

Results: Out of 120 invited ESTRO members, 48 participated in round 1 (40% response rate) and 41 completed round 2. A selection of 13 panellists, representative for the ESTRO community in professional activity and geography, attended the in-person meeting. After three voting rounds, acceptance was reached in Radiation-centred, Radiation-enabling, Drug-centred radiation and Operational radiation interventions for 4, 3, 3 and 3 study designs respectively, along with 12, 10, 7 and 7 endpoints (Figure 2). The accepted study designs and endpoints were then reviewed and discussed for each category, after which panellists individually ranked three priority study designs and five priority endpoints. For Radiation-Centred interventions, highest priority was voted for Phase 3 clinical trials and Local or loco-regional endpoints; for Radiation Enabling interventions, Alternative study designs and Toxicity endpoints ; for Drug-centred radiation interventions, Phase 3 clinical trials and Overall survival ; and for Operational radiation interventions, Alternative study designs and Accuracy endpoints .
