Conclusion: This is the first international study that has achieved consensus amongst a multidisciplinary radiation oncology community about the required level of evidence and meaningful outcomes to support adoption of a diverse set of radiotherapy interventions. This consensus will be used to build an appraisal framework, aimed to improve timely access to high-value radiotherapy by informing healthcare providers and policy makers. [3]
