the EORTC_QLQ_C30 were collected. At the end of treatment, the same determinations were made. Statistical analysis was made with SPSS version 26.

Results During 2023 57 patients with mean age 76,5 + 4,7 years (range 70-88 years) were included. Patient’s characteristics and baseline status are shown in Table 1. With RT, no significant differences were observed in quality of life with QLQ_C30 test, but a significant decrease in G8 >14, weight, % body fat, metabolic age, get up and go time and cholesterol was observed, whereas a significant increase in % body water and SPPB was registered (Table 2).
