Overall IIEF-15 scores were statistically significantly improved after attending the clinic from a median of 14.5 to 19.5 (p=0.0096). This was also the case for the prostate group 14 to 18 (p=0.02376). Scores did improve in the H+N group 16.5 to 29 but was non-significant (p=0.2267). Quality of sex scores were significantly improved overall (p=0.028). This was significant in the H+N group (p=0.03766) but not the prostate group (p=0.3368). Scores were also improved in the single rectal cancer patient. Conclusion: Implementation of a psychosexual service significantly improved all patient’s functional erectile scores. This was also shown in H+N cancer patients quality of sex scores where the impact of psychosexual over pharmacological intervention is likely to have been greatest. This demonstrates that a radiographer led psychosexual service can have impactful improvements in patient’s sexual dysfunction and improve survivorship after cancer diagnosis and treatment. Material/Methods: This is a cross-sectional, descriptive, and analytical study involving 102 patients who received conservative treatment followed by hypofractionated three-dimensional radiotherapy for breast cancer. Quality of life (QoL) was assessed using the EORTC QLQ-C30, and sexual QoL was evaluated using the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) and the Sexual Activity Questionnaire (SAQ). Results: The age of our patients ranged from 27 to 76 years, with an average of 53 years. 33.75% of them had a quality of life considered unsatisfactory. Among the 102 patients evaluated in this study, 47.05% were sexually active, while 52.94% declined to engage in sexual activity. 68.75% of the patients experienced sexual dysfunction, including pain (64.8%), lack of orgasm sensation (74%), sexual dissatisfaction (54.8%), loss of desire (38.8%), and lubrication issues (33.3%).
