Results:

Survey feedback (survey response =70%) highlighted the library’s effectiveness: 1. High Recommendation and Usefulness : o Most RTTs would recommend the digital library to peers, indicating its value in facilitating OIS adoption and support. o Users found the media content practical for navigating the OIS. 2. Overall Satisfaction and Visual Appeal : o The library received strong satisfaction ratings. Some neutral feedback on visual design suggests minor aesthetic improvements. 3. Media Quality and Loading Performance : o While the majority found video and manual quality satisfactory, a few noted opportunities for content depth and minor loading delays, suggesting a need for optimization. 4. Search and Navigation Efficiency : o The search features were effective, though minor refinements could enhance ease of access. Conclusion: The digital library’s PDF manuals and videos have proven highly effective in supporting RTTs with OIS implementation. It boosts workflow efficiency, knowledge retention, and confidence, demonstrating significant potential for scalability in clinical settings. While minor enhancements to design and performance could further improve user experience, overall feedback underscores the library’s value in dynamic, high-demand environments.
