throughout Vietnam and Indonesia, the course targets radiation therapists, radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and oncology nurses. It aligns with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Sustainable Development Goals #3: Good Health and Wellbeing, and #4: Quality Education. (3)
Results: Out of 195 participants, 181 provided feedback (Ethics-QA311). Confidence levels increased in topics like ionising radiation production, radiation safety, QA, radiation characteristics, and radiobiology, with 94.5% - 97.7% reporting improvements. All participants rated the course as good to excellent. Additionally, 91.1% found the interactive components engaging and felt they gained a deeper understanding of QA and radiation safety concepts. Participants were asked what other courses would be valuable to their development. The distribution of responses focused on advanced practice in RT (n=132), planning fundamentals (n=119), contouring (n=84), immobilisation (n=98), magnetic resonance in RT (n=98) and anatomy-related content (n=115). Conclusion: To support the growing demand for high-quality healthcare education in LMCIs, the GC-RTRO are now developing additional short courses. These courses aim to empower clinicians in LMCIs with the same comprehensive healthcare resources and education available in high-income countries. By expanding our suite of UN-accredited online courses, we strive to contribute to elevate global cancer care standards and ensure equitable access to quality healthcare education worldwide. While advancements in radiotherapy techniques have improved treatment precision and clinical outcomes, they have also increased complexity and professional expertise required for treatment planning and delivery. In December 2023, the first-ever pilot RTT advanced practice program in Hong Kong was launched in our institution. A Specialist Radiation Therapist (Sp.RT) in uro-oncology was proposed to take a central role in the patient journey - before, during, and after radiotherapy - to streamline care provision, enhance patient and clinical support, and provide professional input on patient assessment and toxicity management. This evaluation assesses the impact of the RTT advanced practice program in the perspective of patient experience, and identify potential areas for improvement. Material/Methods: An anonymous patient satisfaction questionnaire was administered to 25 patients at their last radiotherapy treatment fraction between December 2023 and August 2024. All participants had received either definitive or 2330
