salvage radiotherapy for prostate cancer. The questionnaire comprised of 29 rated questions and 1 open-ended question, structured across five domains to evaluate the entire patient pathway: 1) pre-procedure information and education, 2) care and support during treatment, 3) toxicity management and post-treatment guidance, 4) patient communication and engagement, and 5) service quality and patient experience. Responses were rated using a 10-point Likert scale, where scores indicated: 1-2 (strongly disagree), 3-4 (disagree), 5 6 (neutral), 7-8 (agree), and 9-10 (strongly agree). The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics.
