Results: 100% (n=25) of patients responded. The responses were overall very positive, with all questions receiving either "Agree" or "Strongly Agree" ratings. The Service Quality and Patient Experience domain demonstrated exceptional satisfaction levels, with over 90% of responses being "Strongly Agree." Patient Communication and Engagement also showed high satisfaction, with 80-88% selecting "Strongly Agree." However, responses from the Toxicity Management and Post-treatment Guidance domain, particularly medication-related aspects, showed relatively lower satisfaction levels with 56-64% "Strongly Agree" responses, representing an area with room for improvement. Pre-procedure Information and Care and Support domains demonstrated high satisfaction levels. Conclusion: The Pilot RTT advanced practice program in uro-oncology yielded excellent overall patient satisfaction, promoting high-quality patient experiences and effective communication channels. This positive feedback on service quality reflected high professional standards and successful establishment of patient rapport. Ongoing endeavors should focus on management of treatment effects and post-treatment support. These data provide valuable insights to steer service optimization in future implementation phases. Keywords: advanced practice, RTT specialist role
