Proffered Paper Radiographer training in the implementation of Plan of the day (POTD) in cervix cancer Sunita Mahto, Tanyia Rhule, Mark McGovern, Benjamin Taylor, priyankah patel, Marina Khan, Ingrid White Radiotherapy, Guys and St Thomas' NHS Foundation trust, london, United Kingdom Purpose/Objective: Adaptive radiotherapy (ART) with Plan of the day (POTD) in cervical cancer reduces dose to normal tissue. Implementing POTD requires development of a RTT advanced training programme to support online plan selection. The objective was to establish a training/ competency assessment programme for POTD in cervical cancer and evaluate plan selection accuracy now that this has become standard practice in our centre. Material/Methods: RTT POTD training programme consists of; 1. 60-minute in-house RTT training video outlining rationale for POTD and workflow for plan selection (figure 1) with worked examples 2. RTT Training booklet with 5 extended questions on plan selection methodology and 100% pass mark. 3. 1-2-1 2-hour offline RTT training session with the POTD lead RTT. This consisted of worked plan selection from a competency assessment database, developed from RT planning (RTP) CT and MRI, and CBCTs from 5 patients in who we had modelled ART. RTP CT imaging at full, empty and mid bladder volume modelled CTV (Clinical Target Volume) motion and a 10mm PTV (Planning Target Volume) margin was applied to create different plans; PTV45-1, PTV45-2 and PTV45-3 respectively, with a large volume backup plan, PTV45-4. 25 CBCT from 5 patients were used to model different POTD scenarios and at 1-2-1 session, 90% compliance with gold standard plan selection was required for competency. 4. After clinical implementation, evaluation of plan selection accuracy with offline review by POTD lead RTT

was done and presented at a weekly cervix ART peer review meeting. 5. Post-treatment verification CBCT acquired and reviewed offline.
