Results: POTD was implemented as standard of practice in November 2023. 20 RTTs have completed training to date. 200 treatments in 8 patients have been delivered. The POTD lead RTT was present at all treatments in patients 1-2. A treatment lead was present for all treatments for patients 3-5. RTT plan selection concordance with offline POTD lead review is 99%. In the 2 treatments where a different plan was selected target coverage was adequate but post treatment CBCT showed that the PTV margin had not accounted for intrafraction motion. Median time from CBCT to plan selection is 4 mins. Conclusion: Our POTD training package has enabled safe and robust implementation of POTD in cervix cancer. Treatment can be delivered within a standard 20-minute treatment slot and our ART model provided target coverage in 99% of treatments. RTT feedback on training and clinical implementation has been excellent.
