Conclusion: The inclusion criteria applied since 2017 are congruent with the current indications for partial breast irradiation. Our results of local recurrence are similar with those reported in literature and the impact in terms of cosmesis is acceptable. From now we have to pay more attention at the enrollment of patients who have a T size > of 15 mm. IORT treatment is confortable for patients and reduces the accesses to Radiotherapy Departments for adjuvant external beam treatment.
