Conclusion: Patients treated with BRT demonstrated excellent outcomes after CART. The MATV of both target and unintentionally irradiated lesions decreased significantly, indicating that lower irradiation dose is feasible for bridging. Lower dose radiotherapy allows for the use of larger fields, or irradiation of disease sites that are less suitable for higher dose radiotherapy due to their proximity to organs at risk. Therefore, radiation therapy should be considered for all LBCL patients undergoing CART.
