• Specific Aim 2: To determine the early changes in sensitive echo- derived measures in patients undergoing RT, and how these changes differ in proton versus photon therapy. – Hypothesis: Early abnormalities in measures of cardiac size, function and mechanics will differ according to RT; photon therapy will result in worse remodeling.
