Conclusion:

Radiation technique, machine type and number of fractionation have general impact on product cost. The comprehensive product cost calculation is suggested as tariff reference. The reimbursement shows a lower trend when compared to the comprehensive product cost, whereas when compared to the actual product cost, it appears to be a higher trend with only 5 centers having complete data.
