SYMPOSIUM Mouse Cancer Clinic: models and modalities for precision imaging and radiotherapy in small animal models 08:45 - 10:00 | ROOM 120-121 Murine tumor models are still the most widely used preclinical model for in vivo validation of anti-cancer treatments prior to clinical studies. Recent advances in engineering now enable small animal irradiation and imaging at high precision combined with mouse cancer models in which conventional and precision medicines are combined. Thus tumour development and treatment can now be modelled in a manner resembling patient treatment. But which models/ platforms are best in predicting response in clinical trials? In this symposium we will hear about the strengths and weaknesses of specific animal models, about the current and emerging
