Meeting points Special designated meeting points for each ESTRO discipline are located near the poster area.

Opening ceremony and networking evening All participants and company delegates are invited to the official opening ceremony which will be held in the main auditorium on Friday 20 April 2018 at 18:30. The opening ceremony will be followed by the networking evening which will take place in the exhibition area. Programme • 18:30-18:45 > Welcome note by Y. Satellite symposia Commercial satellite symposia will be held after the pre-meeting courses and during lunch breaks. See “Satellite Symposium" section of this book on page 407 for more information.

Smoking There will be a strict non-smoking policy within all areas of the conference facilities.

Social Activities • Friday 20 April 2018

All registered participants and all company delegates are invited to the networking evening which will take place in the exhibition area as of 19:20 on Friday 20 April. • Saturday 21 April 2018 All participants and company delegates are invited to the poster awards ceremony, which will be held in the poster area on Saturday 21 April at 18:40. • Sunday 22 April 2018 The 4 th Super Run will take place at Parc del Camp de la Bota in front of ESTRO 37 main entrance at 19:00. The five km run is organised for the benefit of the ESTRO Cancer Foundation. With more than 500 runners, including patients who are demonstrating that being physically active during treatment is possible, the Super Run is the opportunity to meet altogether in a relaxed atmosphere and share the same effort in the fight against cancer.
