RT in CNS leukemia • Rarely used as prophylaxis in ALL

• Considered for overt CNS leukemia at diagnosis or relapse, especially when other CNS directed therapy has failed • Considered for ALL or AML pts. undergoing allogeneic transplant and have a history of CNS involvement
