RT in CNS leukemia (cont)

• Interval of 2 weeks between i.t. MTX or Ara-C and CNS-directed RT recommended • Choice of cranio-spinal vs. cranial RT depends on expected long-term outcome • High suspicion of therapy-related neurotoxicity in heavily pre-treated pts. presenting with CNS- related symptoms
