RT in CNS leukemia (cont) • Recommended RT dose 18-24 Gy • Reduced dose of 18 Gy to the spine can be considered • In pts. who are to receive a myeloablative regimen with TBI, the cranial/CSI dose should be factored into the TBI and the total dose should not exceed 24 Gy
