RTOG 83-15 WBRT alone

• 41 patients • WBRT of 20 RT of 40 Gy + boost Gy to lesion (+ 2 cm margin)

• Overall median survival: 12 months • <60 years: 23 months • >60 years: 8 months

• KPS>70: 21 month • KPS<70: 6 months • Relapses inside and outside the “boost” area
