Conclusions ischemic heart disease after HL • Linear dose response relationship with overall risk increase of 7.4%/Gy – 2.5-fold increased risk at MHD of 20 Gy – Higher ERR for patients treated <27.5 years • Established risk factors & recent smoking ↑ CHD risk • High levels of physicial activity ↓ CHD risk • Results enable risk prediction
