Results A total of 61 pts were included. Survey results and cohort characteristics are shown in Table1. Eight pts (13%) delayed MC due to fear of COVID19. 21 pts (36%) consulted >3 times before being referred. Most pts consulted primary care as first medical service, regardless of nº MC. A significantly higher proportion of ever smokers and alcohol consumers was observed in pts with MC ≥ 3 vs MC<3 (95% vs 70%, p=0.036; 94% vs 67%, p=0.04, respectively). The proportion of pts with pN+ disease was significantly higher in the MC ≥ 3 group (100% vs 20%, p=0.001), with a lower number of pts receiving curative-intent treatment (81% vs 92%, p=0.023). No pts with a history of prior HNC consulted > 3 times (0% vs 24%, p=0.001).
