CTV_hull = hull of 3-5 prostate contours (planning CTV and first days of treatment) PTV = CTV_hull + patient-individual margin, adapted according to setup errors measured during first 5 fractions (~5mm) corresponding rectum contours of the first 3-5 treatment days; Beaumont approach: dose constraint to rectal-wall structure as in planning CT alternative approach: constraints to Rectum_hull = hull of 3-5 rectum contours, no PRV margin
