• D90 CTV-HR > 85 -90 Gy • D98 GTV> 95 Gy • D90 CTV-IR > 60 Gy

• Rectum: D2cc < 75 Gy less fistula, D2cc < 65 Gy less proctitis • Vagina: Punto Recto-vaginal < 75 Gy.

• Vejiga: D2cc < 80-85 Gy. • Sigma: D2cc <70-75 Gy
