Image-Guided Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy in Gynaecological Cancer
• Follow-up: The patients were followed every 3 months during the first two years. The follow-up study always included physical examination, cytology every 6 months, MR every 6 months and CT annually. From years 3 to 5 the consultations were made every 6 months, with MR every year. After year 5 the follow-ups were carried out annually. The visits were alternated between the Gynaecology Department and the Brachytherapy Unit. • Statistical analysis : General digestive, urinary and rectal toxicity were reported according to the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) v4 scale. T de Student was used to compare median of doses between groups of toxicity grade 0-1 versus grade 2-3. Kaplan-Meier test was used to calculate survival curves. Log rank test was used to compare prediction factors in survival
