In-room imaging and MR planning

Intervention

• PSMA-PET/CT imaging prior to RT • Treating physicians instructed to adapt their RT plan, and NOT to adapt their HT plan. • Adaptation recommendation – 0 mets, no change – 1-5 mets, RT – >5, RT prostate only • Endpoint: 5Y FFS – time to BF (nadir + 2), local failure, regional failure, distant metastases, or death from any cause.
