• N=130 (intervention arm, n=130 control arm) – Intent to treat analysis • Alpha=0.1, 80% power, one-tailed, HR 1.4 (PhaseIIR)

• Stratified by institution and cohort assignment

• Interim analysis – 65 patients imaged – Secondary endpoints: rates of RT intensification, rate of HT intensification, rate of accrual
