Locally advanced Rectal Cancer (LARC) 1:

• Low doses of RT are administered

• Chemoradiation and SCPRT are potentially curative treatments for locally advanced rectal adenocarcinoma. • Not usually intended to be curative ‘per se’ (unless brachytherapy/Papillon boost)
