Use of brain MRI for brain tumors RT

• Low Grade Glioma

– Registration for volume definition • T2/FLAIR • Check the fusion before contouring – Contouring • 0,5 cm around T2/FLAIR abnormality

• High grade glioma

– Registration for volume definition • T1 gadolinium : 3D sequences are recommended for better coregistration ( axial or sagittal) • T2/FLAIR • Check the fusion before contouring – Contouring • 2 cm around T1 CE • Enlarge it to FLAIR/T2 abnormalities if necessary
