• Palliative reirradiation for recurrent rectal cancer (n=52) • Median reirradiation dose 30.6 Gy, • 2 × 1.2 Gy/f per day or 2 Gy/f per day • Significantly lower risk of late complications with hyperfractionated treatment delivery (2 × 1.2 Gy/day)
