SUSCEPTIBILITY HEPATIC TOXICITY • Main issue for HCC • Biological factors: - Preexisting/ severity liver cirrhosis (Child Pugh B > A) - Hepatitis virus B carrier status • Physical factors: - Mean liver dose - Liver volume receiving <18 Gy in 3 fractions (>800cc) - Low dose-volumes in Child B patients • Tumor factors: ≥ 35mm
